The Penguin Secret Agency (P.S.A.) used to be Club Penguin's old secret agent team. After five year's of duty, the P.S.A.'s headquarters, files and records were all destroyed by Herbert. However, a new group came along; the Elite Penguin Force is Club Penguin's new secret agent team - and you're about to become one!
Step 1. Open your map and go to the Ski Village.
Step 2. Enter the Everyday Phoning Facility room.
Step 3. Click on the ringing telephone.
Step 4. Throw a snowball at the target.
Step 5. Walk to the green square.
Step 6. When the TV says "GO!", run to the red square.
Step 7. Get off the red square.
Step 8. When the TV tells you to hide, you have the option to hide in two places. Behind the bottom left or right column. After hiding, go to the next step, step 9, fast!
Step 9. While camera 1 is searching for you, throw a snow ball on camera 2.
Step 10. The TV will tell you to get on the blue square, do NOT do it! It's a trap!
If you do walk on it by accident, throw a snowball on the power box.
You're now done with the test! The TV will show your test scores. If you followed my guide, you should have passed.
Enter the E.P.F. Elevator to go to the Elite Penguin Force headquarters.
Once you've entered the elevator, you will get a special message!
Welcome to the Elite Penguin Force Command Room!
FUN FACT: Click the lights from in this order, from left to right, to turn off the EPF Command Room lights.
Go to the right TV screen for your weekly Field-Ops.
Go to the left TV screen to play System Defender.
You can enter the Tube Transporter...
...and it'll take you to the VR Room. Here, you can see how the old P.S.A. headquarters looked like and do old P.S.A. missions.
You have also received the new Elite Spy Phone! It's located in the bottom left corner.
Look at it! It's super cool!
If you buy Herbert's Revenge Nintendo D.S. game and unlock the code that comes with it, it will give you the Elite Puffle, Flare, and a E.P.F. outfit!

If you throw a snowball at camera 2 then it doesn't see you too! It will say Camera 2 can't see anything and it will give you a full bar on the scores part. =)

To get a perfect score, when it says 'Lets see how fast you are', walk over to the green square, as soon as it says to stand on it, step on, then click once on the red square when it says 'GO!'. Throw a snowball onto the cage then throw it straight onto the power box. When hiding, hide where you said and throw a snowball at Camera 2.
